OTHER RELATED PROJECT - PHASE 3

1) The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Northern Samar, through the 20% EDF of
2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand
Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Seventy-One Centavos (PhP2,499,999.71)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
KANGKINAWAY HILL AGRI-ECO TOURISM DEVELOPMENT, URBAN GREENING
AND OTHER RELATED PROJECT - PHASE 3. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Northern Samar now invites bids for
Kangkinaway Hill Agri-Eco Tourism Development, Urban Greening and Other
Related Project - Phase 3 of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
