  1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through DOTr intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty One Pesos and Twenty Two Centavos Only (Php 5,949,721.22) to payments under the contract for the Kalibo International Airport Development Project (Continuation of the Construction of Security Fence and Demolition of Structures in Compliance to the Issued Writ of Demolition), Barangay Pook, Kalibo, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 554 Series 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days.
