JOB REQUEST OF TRAINING SUPPLIES TO BE USED AS PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS FOR OFFICE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (Php112,500.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier-s quotations for the said activity.

Procurement will be conducted through small value procurement, an alternative mode of procurement as prescribed in Sec. 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184;
