1.The Environmental Management Bureau V, through the General Appropriate Act 2025 intends to apply for the sum ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND (PhP1,925,000.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the JOB REQUEST FOR THE FOOD, VENUE AND ACCOMODDATION RE: CY 2025 INTERLABORATORY COMPARISON EXERCISE FOR DENR EMB ANALYSIS ON JUNE 8-18, 2025 bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
