The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (Php157,500.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.
