The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (Php140,000.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.
