JOB REQUEST FOR CATERING SERVICES RE: TRAINING ON SECURING YOUR FUTURE: UPDATES ON GSIS, PHIC, HDMF, SSS, AND PREMIUM RETIREMENT ORIENTATION ON APRIL 23, 2025 AT THE EMB V CONFERENCE ROOM

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND (Php52,000.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier-s quotations for the said activity.

Procurement will be conducted through small value procurement, an alternative mode of procurement as prescribed in Sec. 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184;
