JOB REQUEST FOR THE CALIBRATION OF EMB V LABORATORY EQUIPMENT WITH CERTIFICATE OF CALIBRATION ISSUED AND INCLUDES MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY WITH COMPUTATION AND TRACEABLE TO THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM OF UNITS (SI)

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (Php479,500.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.

The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier-s quotations for the said activity.
