1. The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office No. IX, through the General Appropriation Act CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of five million four hundred ninety nine thousand nine hundred ninety two and 03/100 pesos only (Php 5,499,992.03), being the ABC to payments under the contract for "JOB ORDER - LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND BASED SEAWEEDS FACILITY IN IMOS, ISABELA CITY, BASILAN". Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
