TERMS OF REFERENCE
PROJECT: JOB ORDER: For installation of watt hour motor at 3rd floor, PCA R&D Bldg.
LOCATION: PCA CENTRAL OFFICE R&D BLDG., DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY

I. SCOPE OF WORK
Supply of skilled technician, tools, equipment, parts and consumables for the maintenance/ servicing of fire sprinkler at PCA R&D Bldg.:
1. Preventive maintenance of detroit engine fire pump:
─change oil
─replace oil filter, air filter and fuel filter
─supply of storage battery
─test run
2. Replacement of jockey pump controller
─pull down existing defective controller
─replace and install new controller
─testing of jockey pump
3. Testing of fire sprinkler
─check/conduct pressure testing of jockey pump
─conduct load testing at every floor
─conduct test at the designated test pipe of sprinkler
─ensure that pressure load is at standard
─test run the jockey and fire pump

The Approved Budget for this Contract is One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (₱180,000.00).
