SCOPE OF WORKS:
• Dismantling of water closet to have accessfor de-clogging of main sewer line (If the clean-out is not accessible
• Opening of the PVC clean-out cap to have access for de-clogging of main sewer line.
• Dismantling of lavatory/sink P-Trap to have access for de clogging
Additional Scope of work and Warranty:
- De-Clogging Service to be completed within 10- to15 days
-15 days warranty period, effective from the completion date (to address any issues related to the de-clogging service)
- No additional charges will be charged within the warranty period.
