  Description : Job Order:
  For furnishing labor and materials in the regular monthly preventive maintenance and service of two (2) units IFE Passenger Elevator located at Dumaguete City Hall Building, the scope of works is hereunder, to wit:
  1.) Regular examination of the unit, including electrical wiring (once a month);
  2.) Oiling and cleaning of the machines (as needed);
  3.) Greasing/Oiling of bearings and guides;
  4.) Making the necessary minor adjustments to mechanisms;
  5.) Provide callback service from Monday to Sunday (emergency response)l and
  6.) Supplies such as oil, grease, preservatives, and cleaning materials are necessary (included in the maintenance).
  Note:
  a.) Preventive maintenance and service of two (2) units IFE Passenger Elevator should be performed every 2nd week of the month (starting March to December Cy 2025); and
  b.) Term of payment: full payment after the completion of work.
