  For furnishing labor and materials for the Airconditioning Repair of One (1) unit Mitsubishi L300 w/ plate no. NAK 1348 of the City Engineer-s Office (CEO), the scope of work is hereunder, to wit:, p60,000.00
  1.) Replacement of the following:
  a.) One (1) pc. Compressor Motor;
  b.) Two (2) pcs. Condenser Coil;
  c.) Two (2) pcs.Condenser Fan;
  d.) One (1) pc. Filter Drier;
  e.) Two (2) pcs. Evaporator;
  f.) Five (5) bottles 141B Flushing;
  g.) Eighteen (18) ft. Pressure Hose;
  h.) Ten (10) pcs. Fitting & Ferule;
  i.) One (1) bottle Compressor Oil;
  j.) Four (4) pcs. Relay & Socket; and
  2.) Pullout and install new parts, leak test w/ nitrogen gas, flushing, system reprocessing and Freon recharging including labor.
