Day 1:
2 meals (lunch and dinner) & 2 snacks
Snacks (AM): Tuna Sandwich & 230 ml bottled apple juice drink
Snacks (PM): Siopao, peanuts and softdrinks 200ml
Lunch: Rice, Buffalo Chicken Wings, Pork Humba, Tuna Carbonara, Macaroni Salad, and Softdrinks 200ml
Dinner: Rice, Orange Chicken, Beef Caldereta, Chocolate Cake, Fresh Fruits, and softdrinks 200ml
Day 2:
