  1. The National Irrigation Administration, Eastern-Western Samar Irrigation Management Office, Catbalogan City, through the General Appropriation Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php47,054,894.43 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Jicontol IS, Project Identification Number, Jicontol IS-ES-02-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The National Irrigation Administration, Eastern-Western Samar Irrigation Management Office, Catbalogan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required three hundred (300) calendar days. Bidders should have completed within ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the Project that is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
