1. The National Irrigation Administration, Eastern-Western Samar Irrigation Management Office, Catbalogan City, through the General Appropriation Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php14,488,285.60 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Jicontol IS, Project Identification Number, Jicontol IS-ES-01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration, Eastern-Western Samar Irrigation Management Office, Catbalogan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is requires three hundred sixty (360) calendar days.
