Description : 1. The Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), through its Approved Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and 00/100 (Php 7,787,394.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Janitorial Services for PRA Properties for CY 2025-2028 (PBGOODS 25-003) for the first year of the 3-Year contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PRA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is indicated in the schedule of requirements. Bidders should have completed, within (10) years from the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders)
