  JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR CY 2026 ILOILO CITY TERMINAL MARKET (INCLUSIVE OF CLEANING MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT)

  1) The City of Iloilo through the Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses AB 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (₱2,136,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for Janitorial Services for CY 2026 Iloilo City Terminal Market (Inclusive of Cleaning Materials & Equipment). Delivery of the Goods is required Six (6) Months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
