PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES
The LAND TRANSPORTATION FRANCHISING AND REGULATORY BOARD, Regional Office No. VIII, through the 2025 General Appropriations Acts intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (P 369,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Janitorial Services from January 01, 2025 - December 31, 2025 for two (2) janitors at Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P 15,400.00) per janitor/per month. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid opening.
The LAND TRANSPORTATION FRANCHISING AND REGULATORY BOARD, Regional Office No. VIII now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for JANITORIAL SERVICES. Delivery of the SERVICES is required by January 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The description of eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
