Terms of Reference of Janitorial Services

Technical Specifications:

1. One (1) year provision of Janitorial Services at CITY CENTRAL SCHOOL, rendering two (2) Shifts:
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 6:00 AM - 3:00PM
Six (6) days a week (Monday-Saturday, including Holidays)
Two (2) Utility Personnel - One (1) Utility personnel, one (1) of which should have expertise on minor repairs and plumbing.

2. The Service Provider shall provide Two (2) utility personnel who is:
a. Either Male of Female
b. at least 30 years old
c. of good moral character and without criminal or police records;
d. physically and mentally fit, as evidenced by the medical certificate; and
e. duly trained and skilled to function as utility personnel.
f. The utility personnel preferably know how to do minor maintenance repairs and plumbing in the office.
