  Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area 11 through the COB FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS AND FORTY-FIVE CENTAVOS (45/100) ONLY (₱ 8,358,208.45) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Janitorial, Cleaning and Sanitation Supplies for Area Center XI. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area 11 now invites bids for Janitorial Supplies for Area Center XI using the Most Economically Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB) modality. Delivery of the Goods is required every 2 months until the end of the year for Davao Airport and within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed for the rest of the airports indicated herein. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
