Description : 1. Only the bona fide representative of the prospective bidder shall be allowed to purchase and drop the bidding documents duly supported by SPA for Single Proprietorship and Secretary-s Certificate for Corporation.
2. All prospective bidders must submit to the Provincial Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) thru the Secretariat their legal, technical, financial documents on or before the deadline stated in the schedule.
3. All bidders are instructed to follow the prescribed sealing and marking of envelopes.
