• Online Training Package via Zoom will consist of the following:

o Administrator Workflow Training (60 minutes including Q&A)

o User Workflow Training (60-90 minutes including Q&A) inclusive of maximum participants of 100 users. Any additional participants will be subject to additional charge.

o All sessions are recorded and a copy of the recording will be shared with Institution. Recordings are available in our cloud storage for up to 12 months; Institution has the option to download them for copy purposes.

o Any additional exclusive training request will be billed/charged separately base on time and effort.
