Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR LABORATORY EQUIPMENT

1. The Industrial Technology Development Institute, through “GAA:
ITDI-Information Technology Capability Enhancement (MITHI)” intends to apply
the amount of One Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos
(Php 1,120,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payment for the “Supply and Delivery of Fourteen (14) lot Laptop Computers”.

2. The Industrial Technology Development Institute (ITDI) now invites bids for the
above-mentioned equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required within
Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a
non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing
