Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
“Supply and Delivery of One (1) lot Vehicle”
1.The Industrial Technology Development Institute (ITDI) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the Negotiated Procurement (Two-Failed Bidding) for the “Supply and Delivery of One (1) lot Vehicle” with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,700,000.00) in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, or the “New Government Procurement Act” (NGPA) All other particulars relative to this negotiation shall be governed by the provision of this Act.
