Repair and Maintenance of Buildings - Retrofitting Works for MiB Building - Phase 1

1. The INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE, through the project: “ITDI-GAA” intends
to apply the amount of Fourteen Million Six Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Three
Pesos and 17/100 (P 14,651,663.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for the “Repair and Maintenance of Buildings - Retrofitting Works for MiB Building - Phase
1”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (ITDI) now invitesbids forthe“Repair and
Maintenance of Buildings - Retrofitting Works for MiB Building - Phase 1”. Location is at ITDI-DOST
Compound Gen. Santos Bicutan, Taguig. Completion of work is required in One Hundred Fifty-Three (153)
calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed.
