  1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2025 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Eight Pesos & Sixty Nine Centavos (₱2,499,948.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrading/Improvement Of Salicpan, Salinas-Mapayao-Mongol, Babadi FTMR, Located at Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-16-003-483). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
