  1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (20% DF) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and Seventy Two Centavos (₱487,435.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Upgrading of the BDH Laboratory located at BDH Compound, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya (3000-1-3-18-001-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
