INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
WELFARE GOODS

1. The Municipality of Manay , through the General Fund Annual Budget for CY2025 under POPS OF the Office of Municipal Mayor intends to apply the sum of P 1,500,825.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of WELFARE GOODS with Project Identification No, 101251011-2G . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for the procurement of WELFARE GOODS . Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days from the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
