1) The Municipality of Manay, through the Supplemental No. 1 of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for acquisition of one unit Flexitruck 10 ft with Project Identification No. 101-2025-S1-G13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
