1) The Municipality of Manay, through the Supplemental No. 1 of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred fifty Thousand (P 2,350,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for acquisition of one unit 4x4 Pick up with Project Identification No. 101-2025-S1-G8. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
