Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
DRUGS AND MEDICINE

1. The Municipality of Manay, through General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SEVENTY SEVEN (P 999,077.00) PESOS being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicine under the office of the Municipal Mayor with project ID. No. 101-2025-1010-06-2-4G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 days from receipt of Purchase Order . Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
