Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
VARIOUS GOODS(FOOD SUPPLIES)

1. The Municipality of Manay , through the General Fund Annual Budget for CY2025 under MDRRMF intends to apply the sum of P 1,392,500.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of various FOOD SUPPLIES to be used Disaster Relief related Activities . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for the procurement of FOOD SUPPLIES . Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days from the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
