1) The Municipality of Manay, through the Supplemental No. 1 of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand (P 5,700,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for acquisition of one unit 4x2 Compression Garbage Truck with Project Identification No. 101-2025-S1-G5. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
