Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2026
EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA)

1. The DENR-PENRO DAVAO DEL NORTE, through the National Expenditure Program for Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php2,280,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Security Services for four (4) Offices of PENRO Davao del Norte including the Storage Facility/former ARDEC Office from January 16 to December 31, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The award of the contract is subject to the approval of the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2026.
