INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE COA REGIONAL OFFICE
AND FIVE (5) SATELLITE AUDIT OFFICES (PSAOs) FROM
JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026

1. The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. V, through the General Appropriations
Act for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND THIRTY PESOS AND FORTY CENTAVOS (Php
8,552,030.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for Procurement of Security Services for the COA Regional Office and Five (5)
Satellite Audit Offices (PSAOs) from January 1 to December 31, 2026. Bids received in
excess of the ABCs shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. V now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project undertaken through Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of the
