1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 5-02-13-050 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Thousand Pesos (₱60,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair and Periodic Maintenance of Main Building Elevator Located at Main Building, Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
