Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR RENTAL OF ENTERTAINMENT EQUIPMENT

1) The Municipality of Manay, through the General Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of SevenTwenty Hundred Twenty Thousand (P 720,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rental of sounds, Light, LED Wall and Trusses to be used for the Manay Sports and Christmas Caravan on December 10-14, 2025 with Project Identification No. 101-2025-11-29-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for Rental of Sounds Lights, Light, Led WALL and Trusses. Delivery of the Goods is required a day before the event . Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
