INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REHABILITATION OF WATER SYSTEM
1. The Municipality of Moises Padilla through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of PHP 4,120,446.55 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Water System, along Water Main Pipelines for Barangays of Montilla, Quintin Remo, Magallon Cadre, Poblacion Proper & Crossing Magallon, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Moises Padilla now invites bids for the delivery of materials, labor and equipment for this project located at this Municipality. Completion of works is sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
