PURCHASE OF TWO (2) UNITS BRAND NEW 25 KVA GENERATOR SETS WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH FOR USE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SARA

1. The Municipality of Sara, through the 5% Calamity Fund 70% Preparedness CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 500,000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Two (2) Units Brand New 25 KVA Generator Sets with Automatic Transfer Switch for use of the Municipality of Sara with a Purchase Request No. 2024-11-0743. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sara now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. ...
