INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF TONERS FOR THE COPYING MACHINE USED IN PRINTING OF TEST PAPERS AND REPORTS OF CEES II FOR 2025

1. The Cadiz East Elementary School II of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (Php. 43,200.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF TONERS FOR THE COPYING MACHINE USED IN PRINTING OF TEST PAPERS AND REPORTS OF CEES II FOR 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
