INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE OF OFFICE PRODUCTIVITY TOOL (MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 E3)

1. The Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php 1,171,380.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Purchase of Office Productivity Tool (Microsoft Office 365 E3)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PCUP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
