INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS RE-BIDDING

1. The Barangay 1 Poblacion through the allocation from Provincial Government of Negros Occidental intends to apply the sum of PHP 250,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS RE-BIDDING, Brgy. 1 Poblacion, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Barangay 1 Poblacion now invites bids for the supply and delivery of goods for this project located at this Barangay. Delivery of goods is twenty (20) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years a SLCC that is similar to the project to be bid equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
