Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS: PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS TRAININGS AND SEMINARS

1. The Department of Education - Regional Office No. II (DepEd RO II), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (P 1,355,900.00) corresponding to the full and aggregate costs of all the items in the Framework Agreement List to be purchased through call-off contracts pursuant to the Guidelines provided in GPPB Resolution No. 27- 2019. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The DepEd RO II now invites bids for Procurement of Goods: Provision of Catering Services for Various Trainings and Seminars. Delivery of the Goods is required within August - December 2025, after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
