1) The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte through the GF 2026 intends to apply the sum of EIGTH HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVETY FIVE PESOS ₱849,975.90 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF PETROLEUM, OIL AND LUBRICANTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte, through the GF 2026 intends to apply the sum of LOT. 1 MMWS-299,991.70, LOT. 2 CANIGAO-499,987.80, LOT 3 OMA-49,996.40, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
