(EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY)
1. The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte through the GF 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY NINE PESOS AND 95/100 (₱2,999,949.95) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of petroleum, oil and lubricants at LGU, Matalom, Leyte through Early Procurement Activities (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
