1. The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte through the GF 2025, 5% LDRRMFIP 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (₱1,346,000.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Other PPE (Package 1) at LGU-Matalom, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte through the GF 2025, 5% LDRRMFIP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Lot No. 1 - 140,000.00, Lot No. 2- 714,000.00, Lot No. 3- 400,000.00, Lot No. 4- 46,000.00, Lot No. 5- 46,000.00 with the total of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (₱1,346,000.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Other PPE (Package 1) at LGU-Matalom, Leyte being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
