Procurement of Materials for Concreting of Access Road

Brgy. Sta Fe, Matalom, Leyte
1. The Brgy.Sta Fe, Matalom, Leyte through the 20% CDF 2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS (₱431,592.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials for Concreting of Acess Road at Brgy.Sta Fe, Matalom, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Brgy.Sta Fe, Matalom, Leyte through the 20% CDF 2024 intends to apply the sum of Lot No 1 (₱431,592.00) with the total of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS (₱431,592.00) ONLY for Procurement of Materials for Concreting of Acess Road at Brgy.Sta Fe, Matalom, Leyte being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
