Description : Invitation to Bid for the
“Procurement of labor, materials and equipment for the construction of Balanga Water District
Conference Building (Eduardo P. Tuazon Hall)”

1. The Balanga Water District, through the BLWD Approved Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Thousand Fifty-Five Pesos and Fifty-Five Centavos (₱ 3,007,055.55) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of labor, materials and equipment for the construction of Balanga Water District Conference Hall (Eduardo P. Tuazon Hall). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Balanga Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
