INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT, PERIPHERALS AND ACCESSORIES

1. The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES -
MIMAROPA REGION, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos (PHP 1,636,866.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES -
MIMAROPA REGION now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
